Founded in 2015, Dr. Nick Murphy opened the Get Pure Relief Chiropractic Clinic to bring his knowledge of traditional Chiropractic Care and advanced pain treatment therapies to the Austin Community. The clinic was created to make sure he could spend the time necessary to help each patient get better, rather than rushing patients in and out. Our goal has always been to help people get the best care possible.
